Game Day Group Experience Coordinator

The Professional Women's Hockey League ("PWHL") is seeking enthusiastic, high-energy and detail-oriented individuals for the Game Day Group Experience Coordinator roles for La Victoire de Montreal. This position reports to the Manager, Game Presentation and Fan Experience and will be responsible for executing the group experiences.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcome and assist groups (corporate, school, community, teams) upon arrival. Coordinate group experiences such as Blue Line Buddies, Bench Warmers, Mini-Match, High Five Tunnel and autograph sessions. Ensure all activities run on schedule and meet quality standards. Work closely with the Business Operations Team. Handle last-minute changes and provide on-site support to groups.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Must be at least 19 years of age. Experience working live events and group management. Strong communication, professional attitude and customer service skills. Must be available to work a flexible schedule in accordance with La Victoire de Montreal's home game schedule, including evenings and weekends. Must be a team player with strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must have knowledge of and a passion for the PWHL.

SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

Ability to take direction and work collaboratively within a team environment.


Candidate must be able to work on-site.

COMPENSATION:

Hourly Range:

The wage scale for this role is $ 20.00 CAD per hour.


Position includes participation in all welfare, perquisites, fringe benefit, insurance, retirement and other benefit plans, practices, policies and programs, made available by the league as may be in effect from time to time.
