We are seeking a skilled G2 Industrial Technician with experience in make-up air systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial HVAC systems, with some focus on make-up air units. The technician will ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair make-up air systems and related HVAC equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with industrial HVAC systems, providing effective solutions.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and compliance.
Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams on system design and improvements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
Provide training and support to junior technicians and apprentices as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to make-up air systems.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial HVAC systems, with a focus on make-up air systems.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and controls.
Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC installations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Physical Requirements:
