Overview

We are hiring a full-time G-Class Driver for local delivery operations based in Markham, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation, delivery, and installation of high-quality furniture to residential and commercial locations across Ontario. This position requires strong truck-driving skills, proven customer service experience, and the ability to handle inventory with accuracy and care. Familiarity with Ontario routes and adherence to weekday shift schedules are essential for this role.

Requirements

Load, unload, and deliver furniture to customer locations, including manual lifting when required. Safely operate a 20 ft. automatic truck to transport furniture and related items for local deliveries. Handle all items with care to prevent damage during transport and installation. Assemble and install furniture on-site according to specifications and quality standards. Provide professional, courteous, and customer-focused service at every interaction. Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation. Comply with all safety protocols, traffic rules, and driving regulations.

Qualifications

Valid Ontario G-Class Driver's Licence with a clean driving abstract. Proven ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy furniture safely and efficiently. Minimum of 5 years' experience in furniture delivery, moving, and installation. Strong knowledge of GTA routes, particularly Markham and nearby areas. Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
