Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks. Prior experience in commercial driving and warehouse operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles for the transportation of goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and storage during transit. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including moving materials and operating forklifts. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and inventory as required. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred; experience with commercial driving is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Experience in warehouse operations is a plus, including familiarity with heavy lifting and moving tasks. Excellent communication skills to effectively relay information to team members and customers. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification may be required or provided by the employer. Must be physically fit to handle heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work hours.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
