The USIS Centralized Corporate Actions Group (CCAG) provides centralized processing of corporate action accounting to the North American client base. Our objective is to reflect accurate and timely corporate action accounting in a controlled and consistent manner. We rely on strong procedures, controls and thorough review of all corporate action activity to ensure we deliver the best service and value to our client base.

What you will be responsible for

Responsible for managing daily controls within the North America region for the task performed by JV teams across various regions. And provide daily sign off on activity completion.

Work with other global service teams to provide the expected level of inquiry resolutions on escalated issues.

Responsible for processing all corporate action events with Accuracy and timeliness.

Works closely with internal teams and clients to drive execution of initiatives.

Provides project management support for client related initiatives.

Acts as a liaison between JV, GIC and onshore partners to ensure successful implementation of service deliverables.

Ensure Intra-day & EOD controls are consistently followed and documented.

Ensure timely escalation of challenges identified

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of accounting or related financial services experience with some management and preparing financial reporting is preferred.

Knowledge of Canadian regulations and taxation.

Strong Excel skills.

Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
