Job Description
Required Skills:
Bilingual in French and English with excellent communication skills Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional analyst Practical expertise in CRM Dynamics, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform Strong analytical and technical documentation skills Proven experience with user story and requirements documentation in Azure DevOps Knowledge of API design, security principles, and multi-system integration Familiarity with relational databases like SQL Server and MySQL Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable solutions
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience within the financial services sector Knowledge of security standards (OWASP Top 10, SANS 25) Leadership and coaching capabilities Experience working with complex multi-entity customizations in Dynamics 365 Skills in SQL Server Management Studio and security best practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Over 10 years of senior-level analyst experience, preferably in financial environments Hands-on experience with API development and system integrations
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
