About the Position



The Business Analyst will focus on analyzing and optimizing business processes and requirements related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and HomebuilderONE. This role includes supporting end-users, implementing new tools and features, and ensuring systems are aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dynamics 365 and/or HomebuilderONE, and a strong background in business analysis and user support.

Position Responsibilities



Elicit and analyze business requirements and processes from stakeholders Develop detailed business requirement documentation and user stories Identify areas for improvement and optimization in business processes Dynamics 365 & HomebuilderONE Provide day-to-day support to end-users on Dynamics 365 and HomebuilderONE Assist with configuration, customization, and implementation of new tools and features Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure system functionality meets business needs Troubleshoot issues and provide training to users Lead or support initiatives to implement new tools or modules within Dynamics 365 and HomebuilderONE Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful deployment Project Coordination Manage or support projects related to system enhancements and process improvements Coordinate with departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adoption

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or HomebuilderONE Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) strongly preferred Proficiency in X++ considered an asset Experience working with Microsoft Visual StudioStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Preferred Attributes



Experience in Dynamics 365 development or configuration Familiarity with HomebuilderONE platform Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization techniques Experience in Agile methodologies
