Full-Time Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with strong computer skills to support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role combines hands-on warehouse tasks with digital responsibilities such as data entry, shipping label creation, and the use of logistics portals. Key duties include picking and packing orders, entering information into our ERP system, preparing Amazon and sample shipments, and supporting general warehouse functions.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Documentation:

Entering product, inventory, and order information accurately into the company's ERP system. Entering shipment and order details into logistics and shipping portals (e.g., Amazon, UPS). Creating and printing shipping labels and packing slips. Creating and maintaining count sheets for inventory tracking. Preparing other documents as required.

Order Fulfillment & Assembly:

Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assembling product kits and preparing Amazon shipments according to platform guidelines. Fulfilling sample orders and special packaging requests as needed.

General Warehouse Support:

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation and packing area. Assisting with receiving, staging, and general inventory handling. Performing other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by leadership.

The skill set we are looking for includes:

Attention to detail is a must. Must be organized. Excellent time management skills. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or similar environment. Familiarity with warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks. Proficient with computers and accurate data entry. Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience using shipping portals or a warehouse management system. Fork Lift licence desirable but not essential. Experience in US and international shipping preferred.
