Full Time Dispatcher - Diamond Equipment Moving Corp. (Brantford, ON)

Diamond Equipment Moving Corp. is looking for a full-time dispatcher to add to our growing team. We specialize in transporting heavy machinery and material handling equipment across Ontario and Western Quebec, with a focus on oversized and over height loads.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and highly organized dispatcher for our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily scheduling, driver coordination, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch & Operations Support:

Assist with scheduling and dispatching trucks, ensuring efficient routing. Communicate job details to drivers and provide necessary paperwork (BOLs, service orders, etc.). Track and update job progress using our internal system. Serve as a backup point of contact for customers and drivers. Process and organize digital and physical BOLs and proof of delivery (POD) documents.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination

(preferred but not required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for working with drivers, customers, and office staff.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with technology, including email, spreadsheets, and logistics software.

Hours :

Monday - Friday

45-50 hours per week

Wage based on experience and qualifications
