FULL-TIME STOCK SALES COORDINATOR/ACCOUNTING POSITION - METRO TRUCK MISSISSAUGA LOCATION

As our trusted brand continues to evolve, Sales Coordinator/Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic administration team.

The Sales Coordinator/Accounting Clerk plays a key role in supporting Metro Truck Hino's sales and accounting operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing deals, coordinating financial transactions, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with sales staff, accounting, and service teams.

Main Duties Include (but are not limited to):



Maintain stock sheets, assign stock numbers, and set up units in dealer system (Karmak Fusion).

Process and post truck deals, invoices, and payments.

Process LPO's, interest calculations, and payout entries

Prepare cost sheets, commission summaries, and reconcile flooring accounts.

Enter interest and concession/flooring credit payment details to A/R team.

Coordinate PDI's with internal service departments.

Maintain truck sales and payment spreadsheets.

Prepare wash invoices and coordinate invoice payments (bodies, deliveries, etc.).

Support with monthly G/L reconciliations.

Prepare purchase cheques and inventory analysis reports.

Manage Toyota and Hino flooring transfers.

Generate Hino and Used Truck flooring reports as required for Management

Provide administrative support and communicate effectively with sales, service, and accounting teams.

Actively support the sales team to keep processes on track.

Supportively work alongside all department colleagues.

Foster and maintain a cooperative and positive workplace environment.

Perform work with safety as a priority and abiding by all safety policies and standards set out by the Metro Truck Group of Companies.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures as set out by the Metro Truck Group of companies.

General house-keeping duties as required.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



2+ years of experience in an accounting, finance, or administrative role (dealership or automotive industry experience considered an asset).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience with Karmak or other dealership management software an asset.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while supporting multiple team members.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
