Job Description

```Duties```
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in various subjects, including but not limited to secondary school level mathematics
- Assess students' academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans to address those needs.
- Help students improve their study habits and organizational skills.
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to align tutoring sessions with classroom curriculum.
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources to engage and motivate students.

```Skills```
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to educate and engage students of different ages and learning abilities.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Previous tutoring experience is required.

We offer flexible scheduling options for tutors, allowing you to choose the days and hours that work best for you. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Monday-Thursday: 2:30PM to 9:30PM

Sundays: 9AM to 9:30PM

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
