Duties

Design and implement customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs Deliver engaging tutoring sessions for G1-12 on English. Incorporate modern learning technology to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement Manage classroom environments effectively, promoting positive behavior and active participation Develop educational materials and resources that support varied learning styles and abilities Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with parents, guardians, and educators to track development goals and ensure consistent support for learners

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching on English for more than 5 years Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to individual needs Familiarity with learning technology platforms and digital educational tools Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate students Experience managing classroom dynamics in both in person and virtual settings Knowledge of early childhood education principles, special education strategies, and childcare practices Ability to adapt teaching methods for students with diverse learning requirements and abilities Demonstrated enthusiasm for education with a proactive approach to student success

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
