General Job Requirements:

We are actively hiring full-time, year-round landscaping crew members to join our commercial property maintenance team. We are seeking motivated individuals who bring strong organizational skills, dependability, and leadership, along with excellent communication and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

As part of the Landscape and Snow Removal Crew, you will play a crucial role in maintaining outdoor spaces and ensuring safe access during the winter months. Reporting to the site supervisor, you will apply your core skills in landscape maintenance, mechanical operation, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Advanced skills in excavation, irrigation, and horticulture will further enhance the quality of our services. Effective communication and possession of a Class 5 License with a clean driving record are essential for coordinating tasks and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

? Background in landscaping and grounds maintenance
? Experience with clearing snow using backpack blowers, walk-behind sweepers, snow throwers, and other snow equipment
? Ability to follow directions and maintain attention to detail
? Commitment to providing quality service that exceeds customer and management expectations
? Class 5 driver's license (required)
? Willingness to work extended hours when needed
? Prioritizes safety in all daily activities

Landscaping & Installation Skills (Highly Valued):

Experience with stone works, grading, drainage, retaining wall construction, and general landscape installation Knowledge and ability to construct all aspects of landscape projects Ability to organize and direct installation of landscaping materials Maintain clear and accurate work records, logs, and requisition orders Operate and maintain skid steers, trucks, trailers, backhoes, power augers, grading rakes, tillers, and other landscape & snow removal equipment
