What the Opportunity Is: Reporting to our Front Desk Supervisor, Property.ca is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Administrator to act as the first point of contact to all office visitors. The position is full time and the hours are 11AM to 7PM, Some job responsibilities will include:
  • Answer all incoming calls and forward calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner that represents the brand and image of the organization
  • Provide an excellent \'first impression\' of Property.ca
  • Receive deposit cheques and issue receipts
  • Handling all ordering for the office, ensuring they are well stocked with all necessary supplies
  • Receiving all mail and distributing it to the appropriate party
  • Assist with sending out general office notifications to all staff
  • Using BrokerBay to log and confirm showing requests
  • Provide customer support to sales representatives by preparing listing and showing packages
  • Upload and update listings to TRREB\xe2\x80\x99s MLS system
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
We want to speak to you if you have:
  • 1+ year front desk experience
  • 1+ year real estate experience
  • Experience using BrokerBay and LoneWolf Software is an asset
  • Experience using TRREB\xe2\x80\x99s MLS system is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and a perfect command of the English language
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to the multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to thrive as part of a team or independently
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy and enthusiasm for the Real Estate industry
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
