Facilities Supervisor - Glencairn Golf Club

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the buildings' systems & the grounds of the property. This is a hands-on position required to interact with multiple operating departments and a key part of our guest service experience.


Requirements:


Perform repairs to building interiors and exteriors, & grounds. Maintenance of the building including minor plumbing, HVAC, Laundry and electrical repair Maintain qualified outside contractors to make necessary repairs as required Upkeep of grounds and snow removal Supply ordering and inventory control Daily review and update of the deficiency list Assistance in event setup & tear-down Hire and scheduling of facility staff Work within budget guidelines Ensure the building is a safe, well maintained up to code work place (fire system checks, first aid supplies, and safety equipment etc.) Establish an annual preventative maintenance program for all operating equipment Set-up an annual maintenance program to address the deficiency list Seasonal set-up and storage of all outdoor equipment Oversee capital projects as required Perform cross-functional and other duties, as assigned and/or required.

Qualifications:


2-5 years of related experience in facility or property management Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, security, HVAC systems Strong time management and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage competing priorities and balance multiple tasks Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, ability to work with reports, spreadsheets and various other documents Proven ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously
