We're looking for a reliable and experienced Dispatcher / Admin Assistant to join our growing towing and logistics company based in Kamloops, BC.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English (spoken & written)
Minimum 3+ years of work experience in Canada
Advanced skills in Excel & Microsoft Office
Good understanding of Google Ads, social media, and digital tools
Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
Experience handling dispatching, accounting, and fleet tracking
Excellent communication & time management
Must be based in Kamloops, BC
Work-from-home position (must have computer & reliable internet)
Must be willing to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily dispatch operations for trucks and drivers
Maintain fleet tracking spreadsheets and reports
Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and accounting entries
Support administrative duties and record keeping
Assist with online marketing efforts (Google Ads & basic social media)
Communicate with clients, drivers, and management
Position Details:
Full-time (Monday-Friday, flexible hours)
Work from home - Kamloops based
