Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the clinical team by preparing patients, assisting during procedures, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control protocols Assist the dentist during various procedures, including restorations, extractions, and orthodontic treatments Take and develop dental radiographs as needed Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Manage patient records using dental software Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Skills

Proficiency in dental assisting techniques with strong knowledge of medical terminology Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics Knowledge of infection control standards and sterilization processes Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment
