Full-time Customer Service for Service Department staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

- Enjoys customer service.

- You have experience in customer service and want to be part of a great company and grow into an exciting new career.

- Take inbound calls from customers.

- Provide appropriate support, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions to customers

- Perform data entry related to the position

- Meet quality assurance requirements and key performance indicators

- Performs other duties as required by business needs

- Performs other general duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

- Strong teamwork skills

- Also good at working independently.

- Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic, proactive, and passionate.

- Extensive knowledge of PC navigation and Microsoft Office products

Languages: English, Mandarin prefers

Education and Experience

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.

Motivated with strong analytical skills

Ability to manage and follow up on multiple concurrent tasks, requests on tight deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Team Player

Great organizational skills with superior attention to detail

Salary

Starting from $18.00 per hour

Pay-rate will be adjusted after 3-month probation it's depending on job performance. + full benefits:
