Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary:

The IT team is looking for a Full-Stack Developer who will report directly to the Team Lead, Digital Development. You will work in an Agile and product-delivery-oriented environment in close collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.

You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.

Responsibilities:

• Develop code for web and mobile applications;
• Develop front-end E-commerce web application using JavaScript and React;
• Develop React Native, Apple and Android applications;
• Unit test, troubleshoot and fix bugs;
• Work with the Scrum teams to build digital solutions;
• Support Agile methodology & DevOps culture;
• Ensure a high level of product quality;
• Contribute to coding best practices and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 1- 3 years of professional software development experience;
• Any of the following technical Skills: Javascript, Functional programming, CSS, HTML, Angular, React, Aurelia, Vue.js or other single-page app framework;
• Flux or Redux is an asset;
• Ability to quickly learn and develop expertise in highly complex existing applications and architectures;
• A solid understanding of emerging technology capabilities, and a keen interest in staying abreast of emerging technology trends and open source projects and tools;
• Strong documentation skills and keen attention to detail;

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal, both in French and English);
• Autonomous & proactive;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Team player.
