The Opportunity: Fullstack Developer

As a Fullstack Developer, you will design and build end-to-end applications that enhance

client autonomy and streamline digital operations. You'll collaborate closely with

designers, backend developers, and product owners to deliver performant, scalable, and

user-friendly solutions.

Your mix of technical skill and creative problem-solving will help shape innovative tools

used by leading brands across North America.

Your Impact in the Team

Build and Deliver Develop high-quality, secure, and scalable applications using modern frameworks and cloud environments. Collaborate Work with product owners and designers to transform requirements into practical and engaging digital experiences. Innovate Identify and implement process or performance improvements within our applications. Ensure Quality Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure robust, maintainable products. Support Growth Contribute to feature estimation, sprint planning, and roadmap discussions.

Your Knowledge and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience developing fullstack applications. Frontend Expertise: Strong experience with Vanilla JavaScript, React, Vue.js, or Angular. Backend Experience: Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript). Database Skills: Solid experience of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). API Development: Experience building RESTful and/or APIs. Cloud Deployment: Experience with deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Version Control: Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI). Testing: Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests. Containerization: Experience with Docker and containerized application design.
