This role will have you stepping into a

vital leadership position,

where - depending on your skill level, you may take over and

manage the full cycle of our booking, payroll, accounts receivable, and payable operations

for a dynamic, growing organization.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting or office management

Familiarity with

QuickBooks, Sage, or other cloud-based accounting systems

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office 365

and digital communication tools

Previous experience in

education, trades, or field service industries

considered a strong asset

*Accounting/bookkeeping diploma

or professional designation (e.g., CPB, PCP, or similar) is an advantage
