We are seeking a
Full-Time Video Editor (Social Media + UGC)
-- a creative and fast-moving role reporting to our Head of Marketing & Growth. You'll own the creation and editing of high-performing short-form video content for social media, product pages, and campaigns. If you live and breathe TikTok trends, wellness storytelling, and aesthetic editing -- this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Video Creation & Editing
Edit short-form videos using raw and UGC content for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
Create and publish
1 TikTok video per day (7 per week)
that aligns with our brand voice and current trends.
Produce, edit, and export
20 optimized social videos per week
across two brand accounts.
Edit video content for web pages, landing pages, and other marketing assets as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to storyboard, script, and execute video campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Creative Direction & Brand Alignment
Ensure every video aligns with brand voice, visuals, and values -- clean, feminine, wellness-driven.
Implement motion text, captions, and transitions consistent with brand style.
Keep up with emerging social trends and apply them in a way that feels native to our audience.
Performance & Optimization
Review analytics weekly to identify top-performing content and replicate success.
Continuously refine editing style and format based on audience feedback and engagement metrics.
Test new concepts and creative hooks to maximize watch time and conversions.
Who You Are
2-4+ years of professional video editing experience (social media or DTC brand preferred).
Proficient in
Canva
for video editing and asset creation (Adobe Premiere or CapCut a plus).
Strong understanding of
TikTok, Reels, and short-form storytelling
.
Creative eye for pacing, composition, lighting, and transitions.
Organized and fast-paced -- able to manage multiple deliverables weekly.
Passionate about health, wellness, and clean living.
Self-starter who thrives in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
