What You'll Actually Do (No Fluff)

You will:

Edit

15-25 short-form vertical videos per week

Work with raw footage from founders, staff, and in-store shoots Turn clips into

Reels, TikToks, and Shorts

Add: Fast hooks On-screen captions Clean pacing Platform-native formatting Hit

24-48 hour turnaround times

Take feedback fast and adjust faster
You will NOT:

Post content Write captions Run analytics Manage accounts

This role is for someone who:

Is fast, not precious Wants reps, not perfection Is hungry to build a real portfolio Is coachable under pressure Is comfortable working in a real business, not a bedroom studio
Requirements

Basic Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut skills Knows what holds attention in the first 1-2 seconds Comfortable with subtitles and pacing Can take blunt feedback without melting
Portfolio or samples required. Fancy degree not required.
