motivated, full-time, commission-based Car Sales Representatives

with

1-2 years of automotive sales experience

to join our growing team.

What We Offer:

CAD $1,000 commission per vehicle sold

Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Interaction

Lead Generation: Engage potential buyers through social media, online platforms, and networking. Follow-Up: Build rapport and maintain communication with leads and clients to close deals.

2. Sales Process Management

Negotiation & Closing: Conduct remote negotiations and finalize sales professionally and accurately.

3. Administrative Tasks

CRM & Records: Maintain customer data and sales records. Reporting: Provide regular sales updates to the Team Leader and dealership.

4. Marketing & Promotion

Online Promotion: Market inventory and dealership services digitally. Content Creation: Share vehicle highlights and promotional materials in line with MVSA guidelines.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Documentation: Accurately complete and submit all sales paperwork. Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with MVSA and dealership policies.
Requirements:

Experience & Licensing:

Minimum

1-2 years of automotive sales experience in BC

Valid

VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority) License

- support provided if required Valid

Class 5 Driver's License

Legal & Compliance:

Strict adherence to data protection and consumer privacy regulations.
Compensation:

Commission-Based Role:

No base salary or hourly wage. Compensation per sale:

CAD $1,000 per vehicle

Additional

performance bonuses

Average of

6-10 sales per month
