Lethbridge Honda Centre LTD is looking for a Full Time Service Writer. You will be a vital team member responsible for managing service work orders and customer work requests efficiently. Your skills in customer service and service department experience will be valuable in handling complex service cases effectively. Job responsibilities include

-Greeting customers once they walk up to the counter

-Answering phone calls for the department

-Creating repair orders for customers

-Booking appointment for the customers

-Explaining the work that was completed to the customer and going over the details of the repair order

Qualifications

-Strong customer service and excellent communication skills will be a must to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and uphold high service standards

-Candidate must have excellent organizational skills

-Knowledge on computers and attention to detail will be an asset for creating work orders and going through parts look ups

- Must work well with others

- Prior experience in a service or warranty administration role would be preferred but not an asset

- Knowledge of motorcycles, atv's and small engines would be very helpful to help explain the work that was done.

- Motorcycle license preferred for moving equipment around front for customers

-Wage based on experience and skill level
