Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional recommendations. Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase sales. Foster strong customer service relationships by ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit. Mentor junior stylists by sharing knowledge, techniques, and best practices in hair styling. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair care and styling techniques to provide clients with current options.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong customer service skills with a passion for enhancing client experiences. Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace. Familiarity with retail sales in the beauty industry is an advantage.
