We are seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time registered RDA II to join our dynamic dental team at our SW clinic in Windermere. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. This position requires a compassionate individual who is comfortable working with patients of all ages, including children, and has a strong understanding of dental procedures.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred; familiarity with pediatrics is a plus.
Proficiency in using dental software such as Cleardent for patient management is an asset but not required
Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and iTero technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
