Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess the skills necessary to educate, engage, and support their development. This role involves not only supervising children but also assisting with meal preparation, light cleaning, and providing care for individuals with disabilities if needed.

Duties

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and safe environment for the children, including tidying up play areas and cleaning after meals. Provide care for children with disabilities, ensuring their specific needs are met with patience and understanding. Assist with homework and educational activities to support children's learning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities, behaviors, and any concerns that may arise. Foster a positive relationship with the children to encourage trust and comfort.

Qualifications

Proven experience caring for children in a babysitting or nanny capacity. Strong ability to educate and engage children through creative play and structured activities. Proficiency in meal preparation, cooking healthy meals that cater to children's tastes. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required. Excellent caregiving skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and responsibility. Ability to maintain a clean environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.
