Duties

Perform minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment Respond to guest maintenance requests efficiently and with immediacy Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment Other duties as directed by Management

REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements: o Self motivated, responsible, organized and task oriented o Able to communicate in English. o 1 Year of experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs preferable(but willing to apprentace an eager trade student) o Staff Housing available Physical Demands: o Lifting, Carrying - over 50 lbs
