Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, providing excellent service to our clients while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Job Requirements:

Experience in maintenance and repair on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, furnace and

plumbing repairs, electrical safety, carpentry/painting and use of tools

Ability to read/write English and understand oral/written instructions

Good physical condition - able to squat/lift/carry

Willingness and ability to learn

Other duties as assigned

Ability to be On-Call

Strong communication skills and ability to work with cognitively impaired

Residents. Must have empathy for and ability to get along with the elderly.

Must be self motivated and able to work effectively & efficiently to complete tasks.

MUST BE WILLING TO GET A YEARLY COVID BOOSTER

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.50-$21.24 per hour
