Job Description

Responsibilities

:

Wash, chop, and prepare fresh ingredients, ensuring quality and consistency. Cook broth according to our recipes, ensuring the highest standard of taste and presentation. Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries, ensuring items are stored correctly and promptly. Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, following all food safety regulations. Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
