As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in our restaurant by assisting in food preparation and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly. You will work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals while adhering to food safety standards. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

HOURLY RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE TIP OUT

Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients. Support the team by helping with food service during peak hours. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals. Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages. Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and willingness to help others. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. A passion for cooking and the food industry is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
