Annex Pro headquarters is located in the Grandview-Woodland area of East Vancouver, on major transit routes, just a couple of blocks from the Drive. We prefer this role to be full-time and office-based, working five days a week, but we're open to a hybrid or fully remote arrangement anywhere in Canada for the right candidate.

: Full Time Inside Sales Representative (ISR)



We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our Account Managers and help move opportunities forward efficiently and accurately.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales enablement, customer interaction, and proactively using AI and automation to reduce admin work and increase throughput.

You will not be cold calling all day. You will be supporting real customers, real opportunities, and real revenue.

How We Use Automation



We are increasingly using automation and AI tools (eg ChatGPT, Copilot, HubSpot CRM, NetSuite) to reduce manual work. You should be comfortable using AI to:

Draft follow-up email, summarize calls or customer notes Research accounts and products Prepare quote drafts and comparisons
You don't need to be an "AI expert," but you must be curious, practical, and willing to use modern tools daily.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Support Account Managers with quotes, renewals, and follow-ups Research customer accounts, products, and configurations Draft professional customer communications Maintain accurate CRM records Assist with order processing and coordination Support both B2B customers and occasional B2C inquiries Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation

What We're Looking For



Eager to be a part of a growing company Energetic, quick learner with good judgment Excellent customer service skills 2-5 years of inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing experience Experience in technology, IT, SaaS, e-commerce, or a related field Comfortable working with CRM systems and modern sales tools Practical experience using AI or automation to save time Strong written communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Based in Canada and legally able to work here

Nice to Have (Not Required)



Experience with VARs, MSPs, or IT resellers Familiarity with media, creative, or production environments Bilingual English/French Experience supporting renewals or subscription-based sales

Compensation & Benefits



Base Salary: $50 - $65K (depending on experience) OTE: CAD $65 - $80K Performance-based incentives Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid if not located in Vancouver) Exposure to modern sales tools and automated/AI workflows Opportunity to grow with a stable, long-standing Canadian company
