We are currently looking to fill the position of Full-Time

Inside Sales Representative

Experience on an Order Desk, preferably with knowledge of tools and fasteners in an industrial setting preferred but not required.

As an Inside Sales Representative, your daily tasks will consist of, but are not limited to:

Receive, process, and verify incoming (via email, fax, or in person) orders/quotes for merchandise or services such as repairs Co-ordinate orders with Shipping Dept. Recommend products to customers that suit their needs Assist with showroom displays and equipment by keeping shelves organized, stocked, and clean Assist customers with loading/unloading merchandise when necessary (must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly) Will need to demonstrate operational features of products Checking stock levels on the computer system Looking up parts manuals for customers Keeping customers up to date with ETA's on backorders Provide alternate products/solutions for out-of-stock or long lead time items Responsible for building strong customer relations

The ideal candiate:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
