program supports individuals with a wide range of needs in group home settings, where we emphasize inclusion, dignity, and community participation.

Job Duties

As a

Home Supervisor

, you'll provide direct support to front-line staff within our group home environments. You'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality, specialized client services that align with Supported Lifestyles Ltd.'s mission, philosophy, and standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the group home. Supervising and supporting front-line staff through coaching, orientation, and evaluations. Coordinating schedules and ensuring adequate coverage. Communicating effectively with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members. Responding to crisis situations and supporting staff in implementing behavioral and safety strategies. Promoting an inclusive, respectful, and empowering home environment for the individuals supported.

Qualifications/Requirements

Two-year diploma in a related field (e.g., Human Services, Social Work, Psychology)

or

a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution. Minimum

one year of experience

working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges. Minimum

one year of supervisory or leadership experience

in a similar environment. Experience providing behavioral supports and personal care (e.g., assisting with bathing, toileting, and hygiene). Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Access to a

personal vehicle

is required.

Compensation

The wage for this position is

based on education and experience

and ranges from

$23.07-$24.23/hour.
