Key Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently Lead and mentor the bar team, providing on-the-floor support and guidance during high-volume shifts Monitor drink quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring all beverages reflect our standards Ensure bar inventory levels are managed and maintained, assisting with ordering and restocking as needed Uphold cleanliness and safety standards behind the bar and within the overall front-of-house environment Support team members with drink prep, bar service, and guest interactions as needed Collaborate with management to implement drink features, promotions, and guest experience initiatives Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally

Qualifications

2+ years of bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume environment Strong cocktail, wine, and beer knowledge with a passion for hospitality Confident leading a team and creating a fun, focused, and respectful workplace Excellent communication skills with a hands-on, proactive approach Comfortable balancing guest-facing service with behind-the-scenes operations Positive, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering memorable guest experiences
