Full Time Early Childhood Educator

Job Description
SDC is currently seeking a Full-time early childhood educator to lead our KinderCare program and assist in our Out Of School Care program. In this role you will be expected to teach and implement a standards/play based curriculum to a class of 4-5 year old children. This role requires the candidate to assist in our Out Of School Care program ( ages 5-12) outside of regular school hours (before, afterschool, non-instructional days etc..) Teacher Requirements & Qualifications:
- Current Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector, and Child Intervention check. Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Preferred Level 2 or 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification. SDC will consider the minimum Child Development Assistant Designation if you have prior experience in implementing own curriculum and lesson planning.
