Summary

We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team at Holland River Dental in Canada. This role is vital in supporting our dentists and ensuring patient comfort and care. The position offers flexibility from part-time to full-time hours, Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during various dental procedures with professionalism and attention to detail Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment Manage patient records using Epic and Dentrix software efficiently Provide excellent patient care and address patient inquiries Support orthodontic and pediatric treatments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless dental services Follow all safety protocols and medical terminology standards

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with Logitec software experience Familiarity with orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dental procedures Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certification or diploma in dental assisting is preferred Knowledge of CAD is a plus but not required Flexibility to work Tuesday through Saturday

Pay: $19.78-$28.00 per hour
