We're looking for a welcoming and detail-oriented Customer Service Cashier to be the face of our garden centre. If you love helping people, thrive in a busy environment, and have an interest in gardening and landscaping, this is your opportunity to grow with a great team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism Answering product questions and guiding customers to the right solutions Operating the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently Handling payments, returns, refunds, and gift card transactions Keeping the retail area clean, stocked, and visually inviting Checking labels and signage for accuracy and assisting with restocking Supporting team members across departments when needed Following health and safety protocols to maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace

What We're Looking For:

Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred Interest or basic knowledge of gardening products is an asset Friendly and courteous with a customer-first approach Confident operating a POS system and handling transactions accurately Motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season Able to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
