We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and meal preparation, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that satisfy our guests and contribute to the overall success of our kitchen.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Assist in the planning and execution of daily menus, including special dietary needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.
Experience
Previous experience in a cook or food service role is preferred, with a strong understanding of meal preparation and food handling practices. Specially in QSR. preferred to have fried chicken concept.
Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures within the food industry.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.
