Full Time Cleaner
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and other spaces as assigned
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors using appropriate cleaning tools and equipment
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and windowsills
- Clean and disinfect fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, and urinals
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistent quality standards
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required
Requirements:
- must be able to pass criminal background check
- must have lived in Canada for at least five years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
