Schedule

: Full-Time, 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm, occasionally weekends

Templeton Properties, a well-established property management rental company, is looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and upkeep across multiple residential properties, including both common areas and individual units.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Common Areas

: Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, staircases, elevators, and other shared spaces.

Unit Turnover Cleaning

: Clean and prepare rental units for new tenants by performing thorough cleaning between moves, ensuring each unit is spotless and ready for occupancy.

Deep Cleaning Appliances

: Clean and sanitize appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and other kitchen fixtures.

Trash Removal

: Ensure all trash and recyclables are removed from common areas and units.

General Maintenance Support

: Assist with additional cleaning tasks as required, including high dusting, window washing, and floor care.
Qualifications:

Prior cleaning experience in a residential or property management setting preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Must be able to lift and move items as needed and perform physical tasks. Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
