Full-Time Support Staff - The Raven Room

The Raven Room is a locally owned and operated restaurant and bar that prioritizes an inclusive, positive work environment, strong team dynamics, and work-life balance--while delivering outstanding food, drinks, and service to our guests. We're looking for a dedicated and flexible Full-Time Support Staff member to assist in ensuring the smooth operation of both our dining area and bar, while helping to elevate the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Support:

Ensure food and drink are delivered to guests promptly and accurately, and assist with clearing and resetting tables.

Bar Assistance:

Support the bar team with batching, infusing, and ingredient prep to maintain smooth bar operations.

Service & Maintenance:

Keep the dining area clean and organized, refill water glasses, and ensure tables are reset and ready for the next guests.

Team Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are prioritized and guests' needs are met.

Floor Support:

Help restock supplies, maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, and assist where needed on the floor during peak times.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a support or server role is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to assist with bar prep and maintain a clean, organized space Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
