We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing preventative dental care, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and assisting the dentist in various procedures.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health. Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed to protect teeth from decay. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental software system (Tracker). Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients to address their concerns and provide exceptional customer service. Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental hygiene practices.

Qualifications

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. Experience working in a dental office setting. Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for enhanced patient communication. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
