Are you highly organized, reliable, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? Juicy Joe's is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support daily operations and help our team thrive behind the scenes.
What You'll Do:
Manage payroll and weekly tip distribution
Coordinate with vendors and attend supply meetings
Oversee and troublesh3oot delivery platform operations (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.)
Maintain financial records, cash flow tracking, receipts organization
Handle the executive calendar and internal scheduling
Support hiring, onboarding, and team communication
Respond to customer reviews and general business correspondence
Assist with inventory, uniforms, and operational issues
What We're Looking For:
1+ year experience in admin, restaurant, or retail management
Organized and tech-savvy (Excel, email, Google Drive, POS systems, Adobe, Quickbooks)
Friendly, professional communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Must be fluent in English
Must know basic Bookkeeping and Quickbooks
Must know how to handle social media
Schedule:
Full-time (Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm)
