The Full Stack Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining corporate micro-applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications ensuring seamless integration with Azure SQL MI based back-end systems. The incumbent will play a key role in the development team, focusing on both front-end and back-end systems to support business applications and ensure they meet performance, security, and usability standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and ASP.NET Core for back-end development. Build and integrate RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core to support both front-end and mobile applications. Create dynamic and engaging user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Design, implement, and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and queries on Azure SQL Managed Instance (SQL MI) and SQL Servers. Ensure seamless integration of web applications with Azure SQL MI, focusing on performance, security, and scalability, implementing security protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and data encryption. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate the build, testing, and deployment processes. Deploy, configure, and maintain web applications and services in Azure Cloud, ensuring optimal resource usage, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment, participating in two-week sprints to deliver features and projects on time. Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsive design for a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers. Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshoot database-related issues, and ensure minimal downtime. Write robust, scalable, and secure back-end code that adheres to industry best practices and design patterns. Implement modern authentication and authorization layers using protocols such as OAuth and JWT to ensure secure data access. Work closely with project managers, QA analysts, data engineers, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions. Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews to ensure scalable and high-quality solutions for current and future projects. Develop unit tests and integration tests, ensuring code quality through automated testing practices to maintain reliability and minimize bugs.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

Bachelor's degree in computer software science or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with proven experience in both front-end and back-end development. Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Managed Instance, including database design, stored procedure development, and performance optimization. Experience working with Azure cloud services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with server-side languages such as C#, Python, or Node.js. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Strong expertise in Azure SQL MI, including database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization. Extensive experience with DevOps practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Understanding of web application security principles, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements. Places emphasis on client satisfaction and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical team members and other staff. Demonstrated ability for creativity and innovative problem solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities. Ability to deal with situations, people and problems ethically, with honesty and integrity.
