As we continue to grow and onboard new daycares, we are looking for an

intermediate full stack software developer

to help expand, improve, and support our platform.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join our team. You'll work on both the frontend and backend of our application, helping to deliver new features, fix bugs, and optimize performance. The focus of this role will be on writing production level codes that is modular and adhers to coding standards.
This is a hybrid role based in Calgary, AB, with flexibility to work remotely up to 3 days per week. You must be available to come into the office twice a week and be willing to occasionally be on-call for emergencies.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional web development experience Experience with arch Proficient with one frontend Javascript framework (React, Vue, etc.) Proficient with one backend oriented language (Java, C#, etc.) Proficient with either SQL or NoSQL databases Must commute to the office 2 days / week Willing to be on-call Currently living in Calgary Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preffered Qualifications

Experience designing and building scalable microservice architectures Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts Experience working with event-driven systems Experience writing and maintaining test suites using modern frameworks (e.g., xUnit, Jest, Cypress)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
