Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack - Software Developer
Key Deliverables for Senior Full Stack - Software Developer:
Product Requirements & Development: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, full-stack web applications using Java, React, NodeJS, and SQL/Oracle databases. Translate technical specifications into robust, tested applications, including RESTful APIs and responsive user interfaces.
Product Delivery: Build and optimize data pipelines for ETL processes, ensuring high performance and scalability. Develop and maintain applications using structured methodologies, object-oriented programming, and modern design patterns. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, AODA) and support post-implementation troubleshooting and enhancements.
Prioritization & Agile Execution: Operate within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall environments, supporting backlog refinement and roadmap planning. Apply rapid application development (RAD) techniques to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to align technical solutions with business goals. Facilitate design walkthroughs, requirement workshops, and ensure clear communication across teams.
Systems Optimization & DevOps: Drive continuous integration and deployment using Azure DevOps. Lead system re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Must Have:
Proficient with both front end and back-end development, including any associated areas such as database design/management and DevOps
Knowledge and experience with design and implementation of the overall web architecture
Experience with implementation of approved user interface, design and deployment of database
Knowledge and experience ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
Knowledge and experience with the design and construction of REST API services.
