We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team of software developers and help us grow our Digital Experience team.
As a junior software developer, you should have good working knowledge of basic programming languages, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment. You will work on a variety of new software development projects, as well as maintaining existing applications when required to meet business needs. We will look to you to apply your technical knowledge and expertise to implement code changes, configuration changes and maintain software applications, under the guidance and to support senior developers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide-ranging, high profile customer base across many exciting and challenging projects. You will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and evolving client applications and environments. Daily activities include working with ITSM systems such as JIRA, Service Now, Azure DevOps, and Remedy to manage your workload while keeping ticket status updated to manage progress. Your portfolio of client projects can include one or multiple projects, working independently or in a team environment. Each project engagement is governed by a Service Delivery Manager owing the client relationship and you will provide support to the SDM to ensure our projects are meeting key metrics outlined in our service agreements.
Our Digital Experiences Team is a global operation managing our clients around the clock, to accomplish this task we have teams located globally offshore, nearshore, and onshore. Communication within our global teams is vital to our success and you will be a contributor, relaying and receiving information between teams to support our client engagements. Being a team player is must for our group to continue our team success.
