RSPNDR is a high-growth tech scale-up in the physical security space that connects alarm monitoring companies with security service providers via a many-to-many cloud-based platform. Our platform provides customers with real-time data and reporting, while simultaneously providing service providers with access to a larger market to drive their bottom line.

We are in a phase of rapid growth, and we are looking for an experienced, passionate, driven, and innovative Full-Stack Developer to help expand our SaaS platform and best-of-breed web and mobile apps as we roll out in new markets with more service offerings. About You

A Day in the Life

• Develop and support user-facing website, backend servers and databases.
• Develop and support Rest API URL endpoints for security program communications.
• Craft code for functionality across multiple languages and platforms, build reusable code and libraries, and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Oversee projects from conception to finished product and identify opportunities for improvement along the way.
• Ensure data backup, retention and security policies are enforced.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Champion and introduce new techniques, programs, and languages as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in any industry - not just security!
• A Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or similar discipline.
• Knowledge and experience with front-end and back-end languages with a demonstrated experience in both areas.
• Strong passion for your work (and hobbies!) with an unparalleled willingness and ability to learn.
• Practical experience using both relational and document databases.
• Familiarity with Java/Spring, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Typescript, Angular, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience building large-scale web applications, microservices, and APIs.
• Experience designing and developing on cloud platforms (preference for AWS).
